 Description   

In case of maintenance profiles has been used frequently, it would be nice to have an explanation (a motive) on the event on why the action was not executed this time.

The sound of note can be:

This event by default contains a linked action "name of action".
Though the event was generated while the maintenance "name of maintenance" (active from hh:mm to hh:mm) was ON, hence no actions were executed.

I would also say that is not only related to "actions" but in general is good to keep trace of the "maintenance period" of a "problem".
