 Description   

After completing ZBXNEXT-7109 now we have a way to implement runtime commands on *BSD systems:

we should seriously consider allowing reloading configuration cache/secrets in configuration syncer, executing housekeeper, problem housekeeper and reloading services in service manager using unix socket
