Zabbix team has no control over content provided by the vendors of map data. I think you should contact Openstreet map team instead.

Although the question had a political statement, the real question was:
Will Google maps be added as a provider for the new widget?
I don't see an answer to that question.

Sorry, I missed the original question. Zabbix supports alternative map tile providers, it can be configured under Administration->General->Geographical maps. Not sure if Google Map API delivers it.

Anyway I do not think that support of Google maps will be available out of the box due to legal and/or licensing issues. Remember that Google APIs are not free, limited and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

There was a workshop from Zabbix today, where they showed Google Maps as an example, maybe that works for you dikolal
