When creating a new mediatype, Zabbix does not make the Message Templates by default.
This is causing problems, when this mediatype is used in an action, as that's the very first moment there will be an error; obviously that is too late as the notification was not sent due to is.

Request: When creating a new media type, default message templates should be added automatically in order to prevent missed notifications.
