I wanted ti test this template, I have Cisco Vmanage version 20.9.4. I created api username zabbix password zabbix and set api url https://192.168.100.20. 

When I execute inside a host (Cisco SD-WAN by HTTP: SD-WAN: Authentication) I get succesfull request and can see that authentification is OK (Authentication succeeded for zabbix, source IP: 192.168.100.199), but when I try to do test I get the error and zabbix server is down

Hello Aslens, thank you for contacting us.
Could you specify please the Zabbix version you've tested the template in?
Also I'm not sure that the previous screenshot below the "for LTS version 6" shows an issue with the template. It seems like you have a problem with connection from the Zabbix frontend to your Zabbix server. Please make sure the connection between them is successful.

Hello @Aleksandr Iantsen, thanks for answer. For my test lab I use zabbix ready appliance (Zabbix 6.0 LTS) from ovf file (https://cdn.zabbix.com/zabbix/appliances/stable/6.0/6.0.24/zabbix_appliance-6.0.24-ovf.tar.gz). 

When I saw this template I decided to test, and it worked with Cisco SD-WAN version 20.9.4 (Latest recommended version). I changed template a litle it stil worked, after I decided to reinstall zabbix and from that time it haven't been working. All the time I get error. I tried zabbix 7 but the same behaviour... strange. 

 

Maybe I can pin some logs? if you need
