Description |
We use maps which hide acknowledged and suppressed problems to allow our users to rapidly spot and focus on new urgent events, without being distracted by older events which have been already managed. However, we are unable to integrate maps with the "Map navigation tree" since this widget always show the total number of problems, including acknowledged and suppressed ones. This is misleading for users (Map navigation tree information is not consistente with the related Map) and make difficult to detect that a counter incremented and that a new, unacknowledged problem arrived. Please consider adding two configuration options to Map navigation tree widget:
