It would be great to get this in 7.0 as the feature already exists and it would improve an existing feature.

Hi, marekrysavy, priit.saar,

New features are usually implemented in the master branch and get released with the next release. Because such development is always well planned (so that the development of one feature would not interfere with the development of another one), it is usually not practical to backport new functionality to previous versions.
