If #ZBXNEXT-8232 was implemented, we would not be here but...

There is only normal agent template for "Website certificate by Zabbix agent 2" but there is no active version of this template shipped with Zabbix.

The only needed change is to replace the `web.certificate.get` item to active agent type. But... it is quite cumbersome to clone the template, and just rename. Because all the UUIDs conflict.

I guess it is sufficient to say that it is hard for a user to keep such custom template up to date due to UUIDs. I believe the most convenient way is that it is provided by Zabbix. (except of course if #ZBXNEXT-8232 is implemented, then this problem would be solved for all templates once for all)

Can Zabbix provide this template?
