 Description

It's too easy to inadvertently leave the map constructor page (through the Back browser button or the Backspace key ) and to loose all the work!

A simple modal dialog in javascript "Are you sure you want to leave the page?" could avoid users disappointment and frustration.

Moreover the behaviour of the "Update" button is far from application standards that the user could be used to. Consider replacing it with two buttons:

  • "Save": saves the map content without confirmation and stays in the map constructor page
  • "Close": exit the map constructor page, asking to save changes, if any.
