Failed login attempts shouldn't be noticeable after login only.
Not sure about how to implement without deeper cuts. Anyway, users should be informed about failed logins when already logged in too.
Maybe by an option for acknowledging error messages and enforcing this kind of error message to be displayed on refresh/reload.
