Suppose we go to "Configuration" -> "Hosts" with a long list of hosts and immediately scroll down. Without doing anything, the page jumps to the beginning after several seconds.

Similarly, if we open some page and start typing something into a text box, the focus occasionally jumps out of that text box and breaks our typing process.

This seems to be reproducible reliably in Google Chrome. In Firefox, it seems that some additional actions may be necessary like selecting a checkbox on the left of the host, but it only happens occasionally.
