Something odd. We cannot figure out why we are still getting the alertes.
Here is the configuration.

1) Action condition : operator forced to "AND"
Maintenance status not in maintenance
Trigger value = PROBLEM
Trigger = [PRD] - AM Web Checks VLAN704: TRG_WEB_CHECK_GENDOC_SEBP
Host = [PRD] - AM Web Checks VLAN704

2) Action steps : send an e-mail from 1 to 0 (infinte loop)

3) Trigger current status : OK

4) event details : (ID= 721008)

Basically, the event started at 15:06:46 after a problem on the remote application server. We can see the results of the Web Scenario is consistent with the trigger status.

Ever since we had this incident (recovered by now), the event stay "on" (that isn't normal), and the step count continues to increment (which is normal). The current step count is now 47.

We have disabled /enabled the action, and the trigger, but the event continues.

We have acked the event, and double checked the action condition but cannot explain why this event can still be on.
It is normally impossible.
