item created by lld not deleted

      centos 6, all hosts monitoring via proxy

      Hi,

      For some items I have a message "The item is not discovered anymore and will be deleted in 1m 23d 20h (on 2015-10-27 at 13:45)."
      but the date already passed and item was not deleted
      I see also trigger with "no events"

      Why does it happen ?
      how can I clean this ?
