add a note that doublequotes should be used

      in https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.0/manual/config/items/item/key it is kinda shown that doublequotes should be used, but it can be missed very easy, and it's not mentioned in the text at all.

      it would be nice to add a note (warning level, maybe) saying something like "to quote item key parameters, use doublequotes only, single quotes are not supported"
