Calendar controls in maintenance form uses client's timezone

      When creating or modifying maintenance period using Web GUI, if we use Calendar control, pressing "Now" button inserts local user's date/time instead of server's.
      But actually maintenance periods begins/ends at server's timezone.
      Such behaviour leads to incorrect setting of maintenance period in case if web server and clients time zones differs.
