Wrong include and library path for iconv

      Running

      $ ./configure --enable-agent --with-iconv

      outputs

      Configuration:
...
  Compiler flags:        -g -O2    -I/yes/include
...
    Linker flags:          -rdynamic  -L/yes/lib    
...

      -I/yes/include and -L/yes/lib give us a clear answer on the question whether iconv.m4 needs some love and care.

      Comments should be corrected as well.
