Investigate the remaining Coverity issues in DB upgrade

      We fixed a crash in dbupgrade code in ZBX-10485. The issue was also found by Coverity: CID 118937.

      We should take the proactive approach and check if the two remaining issues in dbupgrade (both are NULL-pointer dereferences) are real or false-positives.
