Update "Supported platforms" in agent documentation to include latest versions of Windows

      Currently it says:
      "Windows: 2000, Server 2003, XP, Vista, Server 2008, 7"

      At least for 3.0 onwards (but maybe also previous releases) we should also include Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2012 R2.
