SNMP TRAPS for SNMP Prototypes not displaying correctly

      i have created a trap for interface up and down status as per the instructions at the end of this article

      When a link goes down all links that are currently in the down state according to snmp traps are flagged and the trigger states they are down, when the interface goes up and the trap is received. ALL interfaces loose their trigger status rather than just the one that went up.
