Environment:Server:- Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS
Clients: Affected by the problem are Windows machines
We are having the following issue
What happened exactly is :-
1- Power went down
2- Stayed down for about an hour
3- Power returned
4- Our WAN was down
5- Then WAN was Fixed
After this the agent on the affected 'Windows Server machines" kept flapping events repeating for these servers behind the WAN Router but the WAN Router Itself did not generate false events.
Please Note, that After Power Restored , the Server Behind the WAN Started, But the WAN Itself Stayed Down for 2 More Hours, Which means the agents on server were up and trying to communicate with Zabbix but due to WAN failure they were unable to. However once WAN restored they should Have successfully communicated with Zabbix because both Were up and Pingable but they did not and that is the Issue,
Agent log on one of these servers:-
