Setting or creating maintenance in Zabbix 2.4.6 gives blank screen

      When we are setting or creating a maintenance period in Zabbix 2.4.6, Zabbix gives a blank screen (see attached).
      Restart the Zabbix service, the httpd service and the server doesn't make a difference.
