Environment:Our environment consists of Server <=> Proxy <=> Agent
When Discovering Services, sometimes the Name get's double UTF-8 encoded and Service can't be found on Agent.
Seems like Agent is discovered correctly (ΓΌ => c3bc for UTF-8)
Then it will be written to Zabbix Server and create here the Items and Triggers.
From time to time (Discovery for services runs every hour), the item gets double UTF-8 encoded and cannot be monitored (Name not anymore correct)
