When linking template to a host server does not update trigger dependencies for existing triggers.

1. create a template Test with trigger dependency
2. create discovery rule and action based on this rule to link Test template to discovered hosts
3. run server and discover a host
4. stop server
5. unlink Test template from discovered host without clearing
6. remove trigger dependency on discovered host
7. run server and discover the host again - the server will link Test template to the host, but the trigger dependency will not be updated. When linking template manually from frontend the trigger dependency is updated correctly

Tested with 3.1.0, but probably it's true for earlier versions too.
