Found in the Zabbix v1.6.6.
If user Admin (ZABBIX Super Admin) is added to the "Disabled" group then will be not possible to enter to the Zabbix frontend with this user, on the screen will appear error "Incorrect username or password" in this case. If this "Disabled" group will be excluded from the list of groups of this user then all will be OK again.
