Zabbix Templates disappear on "Link new template" section

      List of templates disappeared (No data found) on "Link new template" popup window; Type to search templates still work.

      This happen after upgrade from Zabbix 3.0.1 -> 3.0.3

      I did not change/upgrade MySQL database on Zabbix server, any schema change from Zabbix 3.0.1 to 3.0.3?
