zabbix_sender 2.4.8 from zabbix Centos 7 repos doesn't seem to work as expected with the -c or -z flag.

I have a script generating redis stats into a temporary file that is sent later sent via zabbix_sender. On centos6, this script work with no issue.

I've tried to deploy the same script on centos 7 and I get the following error, here is the zabbix_sender line that was working on centos6 but doesn't on centos 7 :

      zabbix_sender -i /tmp/zabbix_redis_stats.txt -z zabbix.local.lan -c /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf -vv
zabbix_sender [25822]: Warning: [line 1] '-' encountered as 'Hostname', but no default hostname was specified

Sample from my zabbix_redis_stats.txt file :

      - connected_clients 2
      - client_longest_output_list 0
      - client_biggest_input_buf 0
