Filter bind mounts for VFS_FS_DISCOVERY on Linux

      Since Linux 2.4.0 it is possible to remount parts of the file hierarchy somewhere else.

      This leads to duplicate triggers in the file system discovery. In accordance to kloczek's opinion bind mounts should be filtered.
