Host was added successfully, but Zabbix continue to execute remote command per each discovery cycle (e.g. every 30 seconds).

How to reproduce:

• create a network discovery rule
• add an action which will create a new hosts and execute a remote command
• check result (screenshot is attached). The rule delay is 30 seconds.
