The case would be like this:

We have two hosts, "Host A" and "Host B". Both of them uses the same templete, so both have a trigger called "Trigger 1", but we configure it so "Trigger 1" from "Host B" depends from "Trigger 1" from "Host A".
The interval for for checking the item for "Trigger 1" is also the same (let's say 1m), but sometimes "Host B" is checked just a few seconds before "Host A" (less than 1m), so the dependence is not checked and a false alarm is generated.
