I hope this is not reported yet but I didn't find an issue with this problem.

Click on Monitoring -> Triggers

Groups: all
Hosts: all

The "Filter by name" value is filtering one Trigger. After changing to the next page, all filter values are the same except the "Filter by name". The value I set before is gone now.
