After enabling/disabling elements (host, item, trigger, graphs, discovery rules, web scenarios, actions) and clicking sort by name/status in table, appears error "Zabbix has received an incorrect request. Operation cannot be performed due to unauthorized request."

Reproduce:
1. Go to Configuration -> Actions
2. enable/disable any action by single click in status column
3. then click sort by name or by status in table
Result: Operation cannot be performed due to unauthorized request.
