Some of our Mac users are experiencing issues connecting to our environment. The finder window just shakes when attempting to connect to one of the shares. I've taken a look at the log file and when filtering for smb it says something relating to permissions however other users can connect with no problems. Please see two users logs attached.

Other users have also mentioned performance issues with the box.
