Issue with importing templates with trigger dependency

      While importing template with new trigger which are in dependency of trigger from older template we get error Trigger "Old_trigger" depends on trigger "New_trigger", which does not exist.

      Tested in 2.4.4, 2.4.6

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. import first_zabbix_server_template.xml
      2. import second_zabbix_server_template.xml
