In Template SNMP Interfaces there is discovery rule Network interfaces with item prototype for Incoming (and outgoing) traffic on interface. It have multiplier 8. And triggers Inbound and Outbound Congestion for this item use multiplier 8 too in their expression. So counts 8 times more traffic than it actualy is and we get wrong activations of this trigger.
