zabbix event time not match item.value time

      I find it zabbix server and proxy structure have any problem

      please look at my capture picture

      {event.date}

      {event.time}

      and

      {item.value}

      Get time value not match?i try it active and passive mode?Try replacing the servers still have this problem?
      my db is mysql?the server has't io problem and performent problem.
