This has been happening since the upgrade to 3.2.0, worked just fine on 3.0 and older versions. There were absolutely no configuration changes aside from the upgrade.

Scenario:
Disk space gets low(say less than 2% space left), an PROBLEM email is sent to our team. Emails keep sending every few minutes with the new value, as it keeps decreasing (1.99%, 1.97% etc). We get a lot of emails this way, which is an expected behavior. Once one of the team members notices the issue, they go in and free up space(truncate logs for instance).

Expected behavior that was true until 3.2:
All users get a single OK email once the space has been cleared up.
Result: 50 PROBLEM emails, 1 OK email for each contact

Actual behavior as of 3.2:
All users get an OK email for each PROBLEM email that was sent to them.
Result: 50 PROBLEM emails, 50 OK emails for each contact.

This problem is more of an annoyance. If this is a configuration issue, please point me to a solution.
