When defining a status link in a map, the triggers are processed sequentially in what appears to be the order of the trigger id (triggers->triggerid). When a triggered trigger is found, the processing stops.
This means that if a trigger with a severity of information is encountered before a trigger with the severity of disaster, the link will indicate information instead of disaster.
This may sound like a minor problem, but it renders the map functionality more or less useless. Without it, Zabbix will loose it's edge when we're making a case to senior management about what monitoring tool to go for.
The best solution would be to be able to set priority for each trigger in a similar way to how the order of stacked graphs are prioritised. Failing that, sorting the triggers based on severity would be a good interim solution.
