I have any triggers that are showed in frontend like trigger with issue, it means they are in "System status" and in "Last 20 issues". I think it doesn't depend on type because there are items with custom "UserParameter" and with built-in items key like "vfs.fs.size" (2nd and 3th pictures, from discovery). But last value of their item satisfy their expression and zabbix know it (1st picture). Zabbix don't send any notification about this checks. I can repair these triggers with unlink and link their template to host but in few days it is broken again.

My triggers should be in OK state because their items have correct value for their expression but they are ignoring that.
