Multiple OK event

      We have many OK events for some hosts that appear when zabbix is recieving new value for item.
      When I use full clone of this host, triggers for new host works correctly, there is only one OK event.
      Issue started when we upgraded zabbix from 3.0.1 to 3.2.1
