Issue not closing (when older and without associated event)

      Debian 8, PostgreSQL 9.4

      Issue won't be closed (OK) when it exists for a long time in PROBLEM state.
      Don't know what's the exact time after which the issue won't close. The associated event doesn't exist

      Every item refresh period Issue age time is being reset with OK state, bot issue is still visible on "Last 20 issues" dashboard.

      Problem occurs after 3.0->3.2 upgrade.
