We had configured an trigger with multiple problem generation turned on without intention. We have many events (55000 in a month) for every trigger.

Now I fixed it changing to simple problem generation. But like I cannot merge event, I deleted the trigger and recreate them.

events are now not show on zabbix GUI but they are on bbdd.

Should be possible to say to zabbix to delete the vinculed events (by gui or by api)

I found that time ago it was done by default - ZBX-8473

Do you have any recommendation? I have more than 20 millions of events, and most of then can be deleted with this feature
