Zoom does not work well in MS Explorer

      When clicking one time in the graph, cursor immediately transforms into stop sign. Second click is not possible, however the region can be extended by moving mouse.

      Also, cursor does not change its form when moving over time navigation numbers (1h, 2h, etc). Extremely confusing!
