IT Services data are incorrect in very rare cases

      in some rare cases I have I have a trigger that is declared to status OK before the status PROBLEM is written in the database.

      This trigger is then used in IT Services but the IT Services feature will write a new data in table services_alarms approximatively the information when it is received (I noticed the clock may varie a little between the date of the trigger and the clock information in the table alarm_services).

      If the OK and PROBLEM information are written in the incorrect order, the latest information is PROBLEM and then your IT services information are incorrect as it will indicate a problem but the problem had already disappeared.

      As there is nothing to indicate an ID to an issue on a trigger, the OK and PROBLEM information from the trigger are not linked together.
      It may be interesting to have this kind of information so IT Services can reorder its own information when the information are written.

      I know this can be a very tricky issue and this is just an idea that may solve this kind of problem not knowing what it may imply

      You will see in the attached screenshot a case where the OK of a trigger was written before the Problem itself.
