delay on zabbix alerts

      Dear sirs,

      Please note that we are using Zabbix to monitoring our links.
      the problem is that there's a lot of delay to display the trigger alert on zabbix dashboard ex: suddenly the trigger shows an alert that has been occuring 16 hours ago.
