"cannot find open problem events for triggerid" message appears in zabbix_server.log after upgrade to 3.2.2

      This a a followup of ZBX-11454, which fixed a mysterious issue by workaround it, which is not any bad.
      But actual reason why the issue happens - is unknown yet.
      When it happens, starting from 3.2.2, server log file this warning is written:

      cannot find open problem events for triggerid:812922, lastchange:1480003403

      The ZBX-11454 contains some data of my investigation on a production installation.
