Some SNMP hosts still don't become available after being unavailable till zabbix server restart

      Hello! Sorry for creating this obvious dupe of ZBX-9123 but have no action on that bug for two weeks. I have collected all info being need but the bug is stucked in need info state without any action from zabbix team. It's rather serious for us cause we are tired of restarting zabbix server when snmp host becomes available back.

      Please pay some attention to the bug ZBX-9123 . Thank you.
