As you can see on the screenshot, I've a wrong subject ("...Unsupported SDR type" instead of "...Sensor CPU2 M23...").
The Action configuration-message is "{TRIGGER.STATUS}: {TRIGGER.NAME}", the Item-Name is "Voltage : {#SNMPVALUE} Status" respectively "Voltage : CPU2 M23 VDDQ PG Status" .. the original trigger-name is: "Error on Voltage Sensor {#SNMPVALUE}" respectively "Error on Voltage Sensor CPU2 M23 VDDQ PG"
