Bad mouse-over behavior

      In the Monitoring->Discovery, it is quite hard to see Uptime/Downtime on mouse-over cells. Not all cell region triggers Uptime/Downtime hint, only some small are of the cell. It should be fixed, really hard to use this feature otherwise.
