Many parameters of templated items cannot be updated directly on Host.
However when selecting Mass update option on item, it allows to change even a type of item.
After updating in frontend green successfull message appears without errors.
Updated: Item "Agent ping" on "Zabbix server".

Type remains just like it is set on template level, but we should exclude those parameters from Mass update if entity is templated.
