SLAs for some ITServices wrong

      Hello everybody,

      The issue manifests as follows:
      The SLAs are calculated based on a trigger (host unreachable). The SLAs report the affected hosts as unreachable even though it was reachable.
      This issue does not affect all IT Services, but only a few.

      During my investigation of the issue I checked the triggers of the wrong SLAs and the triggers state that the affected hosts are reachable.

      I'm clueless how to further investigate this issue without digging in the code. Any help is highly appreciated. If more information is need I'm happy to provide it if you tell me what is needed.
